Hull & Hull LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Hyndman Fitzpatrick recently joined the firm as an associate counsel. Sarah has an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. She practiced civil litigation in both Toronto and London, England prior to starting her own practice specializing in Estate and Trust Planning and will drafting in Toronto.
Sarah has experience dealing with a wide range of estate planning issues, including spousal wills, multiple wills, testamentary trusts, insurance designations, powers of attorney and living wills. She also advises on the administration of estates.
