Ian Hull to discuss power of powers of attorney at seminar

Ian Hull of Hull & Hull LLP will be a guest speaker at next month’s Insights on Ageing and the Elderly seminar where he’ll address Ontario’s statutory framework with respect to powers of attorney, as well as the practical and procedural issues involved when the elderly have lost their capacity and a statutory guardian must be appointed.

The seminar will be held Thursday, March 27, 7 p.m., at Beth Tzedec Synagogue, 1700 Bathurst St.
