Ian Hull interviewed by Global News regarding who has the right to the Baby Kaylee Trust Fund

Several months ago, concerned neighbours rallied and raised $2,700 in a local fundraiser, setting up a trust fund to help bring Baby Kaylee home and see to her medical needs. But as a Global News report explains, it's not clear who has a right to the money. Kaylee's father wants to use the money to buy a larger vehicle, one to carry all the medical equipment that may be needed for the infant, who has a rare heart condition, while the fundraiser's organizers say that was never their intent. So how will this be decided? Explained Ian Hull, "The judge will want to know what [were] the expectations and what was the understanding of the parties when this trust was established."
