Saman Jaffery is an associate lawyer at Hull & Hull LLP, practicing in the areas of estates, trusts, capacity and fiduciary litigation. Saman joined the firm in 2011.
Saman has experience in many areas of estate and trust litigation, including will and estate challenges, will and trust interpretations, dependant support applications, guardianship applications, capacity proceedings, passing of accounts and power of attorney litigation. She has appeared before civil and commercial courts throughout Ontario.
Saman was called to the Bar in 2008. She completed her LL.B. at Queen’s University in 2007, where she was the recipient of the Newton Rowell Entrance Scholarship awarded for academic excellence and commitment to public service. Saman was also awarded the Robinson-Ryan Award and the Dan Soberman Award for her contributions to the student-run legal aid clinic at Queen’s University. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Saman graduated with distinction from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science in 2004.
