Stuart joined Hull & Hull LLP as an associate in 2012 upon his call to the bar. Prior to joining the firm as an associate Stuart both summered and articled with the firm. Stuart holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Guelph, where he studied History and Political Science. Stuart is the co-author of several papers including “Costs in Estate Litigation”, co-authored with Ian Hull and presented by Ian Hull at the 2012 program Dealing With Costs presented by the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as “Interim Orders for Dependant Support”, co-authored with Suzana Popovic-Montag and presented by Suzana Popovic-Montag at the 2012 Law Society of Upper Canada program The Six-Minute Estates Lawyer.
